- How do I know if my computer can access articles delivered via the Web or Email?
- How do I receive my Emailed or Web delivered articles?
- You will receive an email notifying you that the article is ready for "pickup." If you have requested Web Delivery, the email will include a link and a username and password to access and download the article. If you have requested Email Delivery, your article will be attached to the email.
- How do I receive my FAXed articles?
- If you have requested FAX Delivery, the article will be FAXed to the FAX number listed in your account.
- How do I sign up for Email Delivery?
- Choose "Email Delivery" and also enter your email address on the Utah Health Info Direct registration form when you register or when you update your registration information.
- How do I sign up for FAX Delivery?
- Choose "FAX Delivery", enter the word FAX in the email address box, and enter your FAX number in the FAX number box on the Utah Health Info Direct registration form when you register or when you update your registration information.
- How do I sign up for Web Delivery?
- Choose "Web Delivery" and also enter your email address on the Utah Health Info Direct registration form when you register or when you update your registration information.
