| Utah Health Info Direct (UHID) is a project of Utahealthnet, a project led by the Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center. Funding is provided by the National Library of Medicine and Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library. The goals of Utah Health Info Direct are to provide fast desktop or fax delivery of health sciences related journal articles or book chapters from the Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library’s collection. The UHID service is provided for Utah residents who are seeking health care information on their personal health or the health of a loved one and to promote Utah libraries. There are no direct costs to requestors who use Utah Health Info Direct (see Usage Policy below). Registration is required and users must have a current library card to their community library. Confidentiality and privacy of Utah Health Info Direct users (see Privacy Statement below) is maintained as its highest priority. |

- Utah Health Info Direct is not intended to serve as a method for building individual or private reprint collections.
- Utah Health Info Direct is not intended to replace document delivery services for public/private commercial or institutional entities.
- Utah Health Info Direct users will be limited to ten active requests.
- Existing ILLiad Users are required to create a separate account when using Utah Health Info Direct.
